Tie Layer adhesive
This product is a PE-based tie layer adhesive based on PE which is designed for making a strong bond between two polar and non-polar layers including polymer-polymer or polymer-metal. This product acts as a tie component between non-polar PE and polar layers such as PA, EVOH, or aluminum. It is commonly used in the production of multi-layered films in the food packaging industry and 5-layer pipes. It does not affect the transparency of the film.

PE Coupling Agent
The Razaplus PE-Coupling agent improves the dispersion and distribution of polar fillers in the non-polar polymer matrix by compatibilization between these two phases. It is composed of polyethylene-grafted-maleic anhydride produced by the reactive extrusion method. The Razaplus PE-Coupling agent also improves mechanical properties, printability, and surface smoothness. It also enhances the filler loading capacity of the polymeric compounds.
